New Lead – Triggered when a form is submitted. The lead is automatically added to the pipeline and sent a scheduling email.
Hot Lead – Activated when the lead responds to the scheduling email, indicating engagement and higher intent.
Booked – Automatically applied once the lead schedules an appointment, triggering confirmations, reminders, and internal notifications.
No Show – Applied if the appointment is marked as missed, activating an automated nurture sequence to recover the opportunity.
